Starring Luke Perry (“Beverly Hills 90210,” “OZ”) as Jeremiah and Malcolm-Jamal Warner (“Cosby Show,” “Malcolm and Eddie”) as his most trusted friend Kurdy, this popular Showtime Networks series is set 15 years after the “Big Death,” an epidemic which claimed the lives of every adult in the world, and centers on the masses of young survivors left behind in the lonely wreckage of society. Based on the award-winning European graphic novel series by Belgian author Hermann Huppen, and adapted to the screen by the creator of “Babylon 5” J. Michael Straczynski, “Jeremiah” has been described as “intriguing” (Associated Press), as well as “deep and intense” (Science Fiction Weekly).
