Brand New Show The Sarah Jane Adventures Comes To A Brand New CBBC This Autumn

The BBC today unveiled a brand new look for CBBC, the channel for 6 to 12-year-olds, with a fantastic range of brilliant new programmes, a distinctive new logo and brand new animated idents.

Along with the new look, the BBC also announced news of its 2007 new season schedule, and finally a mention of The Sarah Jane Adventures, created by multi-award winning Doctor Who writer Russell T Davies and starring Elisabeth Sladen as one of The Doctor's most famous former companions, investigative journalist Sarah Jane Smith.

The show has also promised some familiar alien enemies from Doctor Who.

The new season and new look will be on air and online from 3 September 2007, so watch out for The Sarah Jane Adventures soon!
