Music Video For "Tru Calling" Theme Song "Somebody Help Me" Airs March 25th On Fox

FOX will present a music video for the TRU CALLING theme song following the episode on Thursday, March 25th (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).

For the music video, the band Full Blown Rose will perform their song "Somebody Help Me" -- which is the TRU CALLING theme song. Series star Eliza Dushku ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer") and new cast member Jason Priestley ("Beverly Hills 90210") will be featured in the video, in scenes from the show.

"FOX is at the forefront of developing innovative promotional strategies for our series," said Roberta Mell, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Fox Broadcasting Company. "Just as the commercial-free sponsored premieres of 24 the past two seasons brought new viewers to that series, we are confident the TRU CALLING music video will drive new viewers to sample the series March 25."

The director of the music video is Meiert Avis, who has directed videos for U2, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Lopez, Matchbox 20, Alanis Morrissette and Michelle Branch, among many other top artists.

Full Blown Rose is an unsigned rock group currently recording their debut album. They were discovered by FOX Music, and TRU CALLING's Executive Producer Jon Harmon Feldman immediately loved the band's demo of the theme song "Somebody Help Me." The band's music and haunting vocal presence create a rich, emotional context for the powerful visuals in the music video, which will be set in the time space of TRU CALLING — past, present and future all merging into one.

TRU CALLING focuses on the character Tru Davies (Dushku), who works as a morgue attendant and has the ability to relive days so she can try to prevent untimely deaths.
